HOW TO COOK BEEF STEW

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 package
3 cups water
5 cups frozen vegetables for stew

Follow the following steps:
1.Coat beef with flour. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add 1/2 of the beef; brown on all sides. Repeat with left over beef, adding remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Return all beef to skillet.

2.Stir in Beef Stew Seasoning Mix and water. Add vegetables; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

9 STEPS OF MAKING CHAPATI


INGREDIENTS
2 cups of wheat flour or durum wheat atta
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1-2 tsp. ghee (optional)
You be able to make  10-12 chapatis
cooking oil
Follow the Steps below:
  1. Pour the wheat flour, salt, and ghee into a bowl and mix the ingredients together. ...
  2. Add ½ a cup of water to the flour mixture and stir the mixture until it's soft and supple. ...
  3. Add the remaining water slowly, stirring until it's fully combined. ...
  4. Place the dough into an oiled bowl and cover it for 25 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 10-12 small balls, and dip them into flour.
  6. Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the balls resemble thin, round pancakes. 
  7. Heat a heavy frying pan, tawa, or griddle over medium heat and cook each chapati on both sides
  8. Remove the chapati from the heat, and wrap it in a towel until they are all ready to serve.
  9. Serve and enjoy this delicious chapati with curry or pickles or use it as a wrap
